Howie Hershkovich is the Co-Founder and CEO of HF Capital. His entrepreneurial spirit journey coupled with his leadership skills allow HF to navigate through the complex New York City market. Howie has a legacy of achievements across multiple asset classes, and across multiple decades.
Beyond the office, Howard serves as the president of his synagogue, as well as a youth basketball coach both of which exemplify his commitment to responsibility and leadership. An avid tennis player, he brings the same level of precision, strategy, and dedication to his work at HF capital.
Avi Singer, Co-Founder
Avi is the Co-Founder at HF Capital. Avi had over a decade of experience running both management and acquisition teams before starting HF Capital with Howie. Over his 15 years of experience in NYC real estate across multiple asset classes, Avi has spear-headed many interesting transactions over his career and brings his creativity and collaborative spirit to all aspects of his work.
Avi’s optimistic and collaborative spirit make him easy to work with. Avi is also an active athlete and brings an athlete’s mentality to his work ensuring that HF Capital continuously evolves with the everchanging NYC real estate landscape.
Abraham Rezmovitch, Controller
Abraham Rezmovitch is a seasoned accounting professional. As Controller at HF Capital, he optimizes financial operations with a master's degree in accounting from National University. Rooted in years of disciplined service in the Israeli Defense Force, Abraham's commitment to excellence extends from his military background to his role in financial management.
Having previously worked as a fixed asset accountant at General Dynamics NASSCO. Abraham epitomizes professionalism, process and discipline which he incorporates in all facets of his life. Mendy brings his appreciation for process to all aspects of finances. Mendy is also an accomplished runner, having finished multiple half-marathons.
Aaron Lowinger, Director of Operations
Aaron Lowinger, a seasoned real estate professional with a master’s degree in real estate finance from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, serves as the Director of Operations at HF Capital.
Leveraging his expertise, Aaron excels in streamlining operations through advanced financial modeling, thorough market research, and strategic asset management. His unwavering dedication to efficiency and informed decision-making guarantees smooth workflows and optimized returns for HF Capital.

Isaac Rosen, Managing Director
Isaac Rosen serves as the Managing Director at HF Capital, spearheading strategic operations and overseeing a proficient management team responsible for our portfolio across New York City. Armed with degrees in both accounting and real estate, Isaac adeptly orchestrates all facets, from daily operations to leasing, budgeting, compliance and fostering tenant relations.
Issac brings his attention to detail to everything he does. He is a young leader at HASC, a non-profit that improves the lives of special children. Isaac brings his leadership and take-charge qualities into his everyday work.
